Join Kerry Marais as she guides you through the Ashtanga Primary Standing Series. This is a wonderful core practice for strengthening and mobility. Gain deeper understanding of each pose, adjustments and modifications, as well as teaching skills.
This 50-hour course includes lectures, assignments, 25 additional practice hours, and a teaching assessment.
