We invite you to another irresistible Challenge at GaiaYoga!
This is the perfect foundation for a summer full of soothing self-practice. Establish and grow your own yoga practice that you know by heart and that you take wherever you go.
During our MYSORE CHALLENGE, Tom will guide you in your daily morning practice throughout 2 weeks with a daily appointment with your mat (Monday to Friday from 6:45 to 09:00).
Through daily practice and applying the Ashtanga method, you build a deep connection to your body, soothe your nervous system, increase strength and active mobility, feel more confident and at home with yourself, get excited about new challenges and calm in your mind. It is also a great foundation to change old patterns, while creating a firm base for new, healthy ones.
Practicing early in the morning accelerates the positive effects of Yoga: after the practice, one feels relaxed, calm and with a serene mind, while at the same time subtly energized, enthusiastic and in a great mood for the rest of the day. Also, a healthy breakfast or smoothie will taste heavenly after practice :-)
So make this a special occasion to build your discipline, dedication to your daily practice and understanding of the Ashtanga system, with an experienced guide and within a wonderful community of fellow practitioners, and experience for yourself why thousands of Ashtangis all over the world are convinced to be the perfect start of the day.

Good to know:
- You can start and finish your practice whenever you want within the time frame of the class (6:45 to 9:00). This gives you flexibility with work and other appointments and also allows to have a longer or shorter practice based on your energy level.
- Shower is available for those who go to work immediately after the class.
- You do not have to know the entire sequence, there are teachers to help and by repetition you will learn it very fast.
- If you are new to Mysore or Ashtanga system in general, don't worry: on the first day you'll be given all the necessary instructions, as well as the Primary Series sheet so you can study and refresh the sequence at home.
