We'll be guided through the standing and seated sequence of half the primary series of Ashtanga yoga - dynamic yoga that will warm us up as we strengthen our muscles in preparation for moving into Yin yoga - a slower practice to help us improve flexibility.
A solid, fun practice that will leave you energised for the rest of the weekend!
