You can be a champion! Join us on Saturday, September 19, 2026 for a Star Wars: Unlimited Planetary Qualifier! This tournament starts at 10:00am. This is a sanctioned competitive-level event. The event will allow a maximum of 46 players.

Players must purchase a ticket on Melee.gg to register ($45.00 + fees). Tickets will be on sale Saturday, August 22 at 10:00am ET.

To cancel & refund your ticket you must unenroll from the Melee tournament page. Ticket cancellations/refunds will be permitted through Thursday, September 17, 10:00am. Melee fees cannot be refunded. There will be no refunds after September 17, 10:00am.
Melee does not have a waitlist feature. If you are interested in a spot, you will need to re-visit the tournament page to look for open spots.
Check-in is on the day of the event, Saturday, September 19 from 9:00-9:45am. A decklist must be uploaded onto Melee before the tournament begins.
>>Format<<
This is a Swiss-style tournament, played in Best-of-3 format. Each round is 55-minutes in length. Top cut/playoff rounds will be played after the Swiss rounds including the players with the highest standings. The playoffs are best-of-3, single-elimination rounds until one undefeated player is remaining as the tournament champion. Each top cut round is 75 minutes, and the finals match is untimed.
With 46 players, there will be six (6) Swiss rounds & Top 8 playoff cut. There will be a 30-minute lunch break between rounds three and four.
>>Prizing<<
The following prize structure is based on a full turnout of 46 players. The prizing is separated into official prizing & store prizing. The store prizing will scale with fewer players.
Official prizing:
All players: One (1) non-foil participation promo card
Top 8/4/2/1: Foil placement-stamped promo card
Top 8: Qualifier points for Season Two championship series
1st place: Champion playmat, invite to Galactic Championship Summer 2026
Additional prizing (with full turnout):
All players: Three (3) ASH booster packs per person
1st & 2nd: $225.00 store credit to Diversions per person
3rd-8th: $100.00 store credit to Diversions per person
1st-16th: One (1) ASH Carbonite pack per person
>>Deck rules<<
Your deck must be built according to Premier format. Your deck must consist of exactly one leader, exactly one base, and a minimum 50-card draw deck. You can also have a sideboard of up to 10 non-leader, non-base cards. Your draw deck cannot include more than three copies of any one card.
