Ready your paintbrush! Watch out for the whiskers! ASHA is hosting our 3rd Paint Night! A fun family night to raise funds for the rescued animals while having a blast with our amazing supporters! We will have kittens and cats running around, playing and painting with the little ones! Even you (young at heart) can hang with the kittens as you sit, sip and create your masterpiece! The kittens typically end up napping in laps by the end of the night.
If you've done a Paint Night type event before, you may know that there will be a teacher to walk us through an animal-themed portrait as shown in the event post here. And as an added bonus, ASHA's rescued felines will have finger paint and a canvas to create their own work of art as well! Children are welcome to attend and help the kittens perfect their own masterpieces!!ASHA's Paint Night and Fundraiser is on Saturday October 12th, at 4 pm to 7 pm at Grace Episcopal Parish Hall in Elkridge MD.
Kids of all ages are more than welcome to join for our family fun night of paint, purrs and pints (or glasses, or cans...). A variety of snack options will be offered for sale to munch while you paint. We do request you BYOAB (Adult beverages) if you want more than water, soda or such. Select your designated driver ASAP! We expect everyone to arrive home safely.
TICKETS: Buy your tickets ahead of time here online. OR if we have any still available we will post on social media and you can purchase at the door online or with cash.
Remember this is a family fun night!
Kids are welcome!
KIDS (under 8 years old): Tickets are $25 each, and we will provide them with their own 5"x 5" canvas.
KIDS (8 to 17 years old): Tickets are $45 each, and we will provide them with their own 8"x 10" canvas.
ADULTS (18 years old and over) are $55 for each and you will be provided with your own 16" x 20" canvas.
***The week before, IF we have not sold many tickets for kids but have sold out adult tickets. We will adjust the numbers to open more tickets for sale!***
Each painter will have all supplies needed to create their own version of the teacher lead painting. The painting this year is your own take on the beach sunset/sunrise with your choice of animals and palm and coconut trees!
We will be raising additional money for our furry rescued artists with lots of Dollar grab-and-go items for sale and door raffles. Think about up coming birthdays, holidays, anniversaries and more! Tickets are transferable and welcome to be purchased as gifts! As we are sure you will find a few purrfect items on our at the dollar grab-and-go tables.
The more the merrier so please share and bring a friend or 5! We are excited to see everyone!
