About this Event
Abstract:
The Loupe system was originally conceived as an environmental tool to measure in yhe critical zone most impacted by human activities.Whilst it's use in this area has been extensive the biggest users have been mineral explorers who have used it for mineral discovery and geological mapping. Graphite has been a popular target. We will present recent results from surveys for exploration, tsf leakage, embankment monitoring, uxo detection and hopefully an archaeology study. Possibly more if we can arrange permissions. We will also show some of the R&D we are working on at present to make the system more versatile.
