About this Event
Building confidence and connections for tweens and early teens
At OneStep Wellbeing, we believe every person deserves support that honours their unique story and goals. We are proud to offer group programs designed to foster skills, confidence, and connection. As an NDIS provider, we create inclusive, supportive spaces where participants can learn, grow, and thrive — taking one step at a time toward greater independence and wellbeing.
What makes Growing Harmony special:
- Age-appropriate challenges - Topics that matter to tweens navigating school and friendships
- Peer connection focus - Meeting others who "get it" during these important social years
- Maximum 8 participants - Larger group allows for diverse friendships and perspectives
- Real-world skills - Practical strategies for school, family, and social situations
- Identity exploration - Understanding autism as part of who you are (not something to hide)
