About this Event

Fun, friendship, and feelings for our youngest participants

At OneStep Wellbeing, we believe every person deserves support that honours their unique story and goals. We are proud to offer group programs designed to foster skills, confidence, and connection. As an NDIS provider, we create inclusive, supportive spaces where participants can learn, grow, and thrive — taking one step at a time toward greater independence and wellbeing.

What makes Little Harmony special:

  • Play-based learning - Everything happens through games, stories, and creative activities
  • Short, engaging sessions - 1.5 hours perfect for young attention spans
  • Small group 6 - 8 children - Small group ensures everyone feels included and heard
  • Sensory-friendly fun - Activities designed for sensitive eyes, ears, and bodies
  • Simple, clear structure - Predictable routine helps children feel safe and confident

Your 10-Week Adventure:

Week 1-2: Making New Friends Meet your group friends through fun games and activities. Share your favourite toys, animals, or things you love. Create your special "comfort kit" and group rules together.

Week 3-4: Understanding Big Feelings Learn to recognize different feelings and what they feel like in your body. Practice naming emotions and understanding that all feelings are okay.

Week 5-6: Calm and Happy Strategies Discover cool ways to feel better when you're upset, excited, or worried. Create your personal toolbox of calming activities and sensory tools.

Week 7-8: Talking and Listening Magic Practice using words, gestures, and pictures to tell people what you need. Learn how to be a good friend and listener in fun, interactive ways.

Week 9: Friendship Fun Practice playing together, sharing, taking turns, and solving small problems that friends sometimes have.

Week 10: Celebration & Graduation Big party to celebrate all your new skills, friendships, and the amazing things that make you special!
