Join us every Wednesday from 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM (except holidays) for a relaxed and supportive gathering designed especially for new parents and their babies.

This free group is facilitated by an IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) or CLC (Certified Lactation Consultant). Whether you’re breastfeeding or bottle-feeding, all new parents are warmly welcome.
Bring your baby and come as you are, once or as often as you’d like. Connect with other parents as you navigate the joys and challenges of early parenthood. We can’t wait to meet you and your little one!
