We will have veteran dads available to share experiences from Labor, Delivery, and the Postpartum phase. As a group we will discuss:
- changes in your relationship now as dad & mom
- adding a baby to your household with changes in responsibilities
- role as dad and your importance in the home
- safety at home and vehicle
- postpartum depression
- how to be involved and bond with your baby
- supporting breastfeeding for mom and baby
