**THIS EVENT IS CAPPED AT 48 PLAYERS ACROSS ALL GAMES COMBINED** If we exceed this number, a reserve list will be created on the Facebook event post.
All players attending will receive a booster pack of the latest Pokémon TCG expansion. An additional booster pack (from a recent expansion) will be added to the prize pool for each player attending, if there are 10+ players in an age division, the winner will receive an Ascended Heroes Elite Trainer Box (instead of booster prizing). Play Series Prize Packs/Booster Packs will also be awarded to the highest finishing players in each age division for the TCG League Cup (depending on numbers, whilst stocks last). The winner of the TCG League Cup (each age division) will also receive an exclusive playmat.
DECK LISTS/TEAM SHEETS ARE REQUIRED for this event, blank sheets will be provided before the tournament starts (arrive with at least 30 minutes spare to fill these out), or please submit your deck list (exported in PLAIN TEXT from PTCG Live or RK9Labs) via email in advance to the tournament organiser: [email protected]
TCG LEAGUE CUP - You will need a Standard Format 60-Card-Deck (See here: https://www.pokemon.com/uk/pokemon-news/2025-pokemon-tcg-standard-format-rotation-announcement) to compete at this event which will consist of at least 3, best-of-3 50 minute swiss round matches, followed by top 4/8 single elimination top cut matches if there are 9+ players in an age division.
VG LEAGUE CUP - You will need a legal VG team in Pokémon Scarlet or Pokémon Violet, using the current Video Game Championship Series format Regulation Set (see here: https://play.pokemon.com/en-us/resources/rules/?category=vgc). The event will consist of at least 3, best-of-3 50 minute swiss round matches, followed by top cut single elimination matches if there are 8+ players in an age division.
GO LEAGUE CUP - We will be using Great League format (1500 or less). Please make sure your teams adhere to the current Pokemon GO championship series banned Pokemon list. https://www.pokemon.com/us/play-pokemon/about/play-pokemon-pokemon-go-championship-series-banned-pokemon-list Pokémon GO League Challenge and Cup events use the Swiss + Single Elimination format as seen in TCG and VG, with Best of 3 games. If there are 8+ players in an age division, at least one top cut Single Elimination round will be played.
We will also be running separate TCG, VG & GO LEAGUE CHALLENGE events alongside the Masters top cut for the main events. These will cost £6 each to enter and will be starting no earlier than 3.00PM. Each event is capped at 15 players. You are able to register for these events on the day, and they will use the same formats as the main League Cup events (TCG will be Best of 1). Every player will receive a booster pack from a recent expansion, and additional Prize Packs/Booster Packs will be added to the prize pool, depending on availability and the amount of total players.
There will be a selection of sleeves, sealed booster packs and single cards also available to purchase during the event. Cash, PayPal and card payments are all accepted. Outside food/drinks and snacks are welcome, the only exception to this is no hot food.
