Ascend Reiki Level 2

At Ascend Reiki Level 2, the base, sacral and solar plexus chakras are activated and cleansed to prepare the ascension process for the healing energy flow at Level 3.

At the same time, the main energy channel is strengthened and the flow of energy increases, further balancing and cleansing the energy system. The dormant healing energy at the base of the spine is activated in this second attunement, this benefits the release of blockages connected to creativity and being grounded.

During the Level 2 session, which comes with a 2nd degree attunement, you will be learning the following:

• Meditation Exercises to activate and promote the flow of Ascend Reiki healing energy
• You will also learn about the functions of the energy centres (Chakras) and how to unblock and balance blocked energy centres.
• Observation on when the energy is deficient or excessive in the chakras
• Learn how to check for imbalances through energy scan and various techniques
• Channelling Healing Energy to the various energy centres to cleanse and balance the energy centers
• Breathwork and meditation exercises to identify and clear energy blockages
• Energy work issues (common issues and symptoms)

NOTE : Do not consume alcohol 24 hours before the session.
