ASCE Energy Division Technical Seminar & Fabrication Yard Tour
Join Institution of Civil Engineers Gulf Coast Region and ASCE/IEEE members for a unique opportunity to attend a technical seminar and guided fabrication yard tour at Powell's Jacintoport Fabrication Yard in Houston, hosted by the ASCE Energy Division and sponsored by ASCE Houston Branch.
This educational program brings together industry professionals to discuss key topics in modularization, industrial facility design, power distribution buildings, electrical code requirements, and blast and fire design considerations for energy facilities. Participants will also gain firsthand insight into the fabrication and assembly of industrial modules and electrical buildings through a guided tour of Powell's fabrication yard.
The seminar includes presentations by experienced engineers from Dow, Powell, Fluor Corp., BakerRisk, SGH, and ExxonMobil. The Institution of Civil Engineers Gulf Coast Region Member Representative will be among the presenters.
