An inclusive opportunity for ASCape parents to have some time out and connect over a creative activity.
About this Event

What to expect:
• Time to catch up with your ASCape friends and see how everyone’s doing (parents and children in separate rooms)
• A shared creative activity together for around an hour (details of the facilitator and activity for each month will be shared on our Facebook and WhatsApp groups)
• A relaxed snack and time to come back together, share creations and reconnect

These afternoons are all about:
Acceptance
Inclusivity
Feeling less isolated
Taking a gentle break from ‘the real world’

Whether you come for connection, creativity, or simply a change of pace, you are very welcome here.

NEW format for 2026

We heard that one of the biggest barriers to attending wellbeing sessions is childcare, so we’re pleased to share that children aged 10+ are now welcome to attend alongside their parent-carer.
