ASC Strong is a group personal training session that improves strength and overall athleticism. Each workout is different.

Pricing and Discounts: ASC Strong costs $40 for one session. Or, to save over 50% with an ASC membership.

Other Details:

• The workout is on- rain or shine. If it rains, we use a large outdoor overhang to stay dry.
• Free parking is available on the street or in the covered garage at Lubber Run CC.
• All ability levels are welcome. Modifications can be provided for each exercise.
• Wear athletic clothing and bring a water bottle and a towel.
• We are unable to accept walk-ins. Online registration closes before the session.
• This event will begin on time. We do not want to have to turn you away for arriving late.
• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
