Team Fee: $200

Doors open: 8:15am
Captain's meeting: 8:45am
First serve: 9am
Target end time: 7pm
Two divisions A/AA and B/BB (division sizes subject to change depending on interest). We will be capping the total number of teams at 24.
Cash Prizes will be given to both division champions and finalists. Cash prizes for both divisions subject to change depending on how many teams participate.
Tournament (pool & bracket) format is TBD. We will determine # of sets in pool and bracket play after receiving community input in the upcoming weeks.
Once you lose in bracket play you must stay and referee the next match. If you leave without reffing, you will not be invited back to the next tournament.
IMPORTANT:
$200 team fee will secure your teams spot. Paid teams will have priority over unpaid teams (no exceptions). No refunds 1 week before tournament day, unless you find a replacement team. Please have payments and rosters submitted by December 14th so pools can be finalized.
Hosts are NOT responsible for any missing and/or forgotten items. All items found at the end of the tournament will be placed in the Academy lost and found.
FACILITY/SCHOOL RULES:
No drugs, weapons, alcohol, or smoking allowed in or on the facility grounds. You will be asked to leave if you break these rules.
We reserve the right to refuse service to ANYONE. If you refuse to abide by the rules of the facility and school, you will be asked to leave.
