Asbury Park Ocean Meditation & Mingle

Please try to arrive by 6:30PM so that we can begin in a timely manner. We are meeting south of the Asbury Park steam plant, on the Ocean Grove side. Where Weskey Lake meets the boardwalk.

I hope to lead a brief, 5-10 minute guided meditation followed by around 10 minutes of "silent" meditation, aided by the sound of the ocean. Hoping for this to be a laid back event where we meditate together and then mingle.
