Asbury Park City Council Meeting

The City has failed to correct their June 10th press release that ignored Judge Solomon's opinion and stated they do not believe they have legal recourse to take the Casino Complex back from Madison Marguette. Any plan to save the historic structures in Asbury Park need support from the City as they are owned privately and the remedies without the Cities cooperation are extremely limited. We are asking everyone to come to the City Council meeting on July 8th and speak about the need for the City to aggressively pursue any and all means to forumulate a path to preservation of these historic structures.
