Asana Lab with Gulnaaz Dashti Gulnaaz Dashti will be teaching from the heart of the mother institute RIMYI, Pune.
Her in depth studies and teachings are always unforgettable, an internationally claimed teacher with experience and gusto.
The first day she will be exploring the proprioception and interoception bringing awareness to the self and the body.
The second day will start with pranayama and after a short break we will continue with asana lab, exploring the spinal relationships.

Gulnaaz Dashti :
Gulnaaz started Yoga at the Pune Institute (RIMIY) under the guidance of B.K.S. Iyengar, Geeta Iyengar and Prashant Iyengar in 1990, when Ali Dashti, her brother insisted, that she should join. Gulnaaz lives in Pune, India – teaching all levels at the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute for over 20 years. In 1998 Gulnaaz was granted a teaching position by Guruji (B.K.S. Iyengar) to teach beginner classes at the Institute in Pune (RIMYI). Her practice of more than 20 years & teaching general and medical classes at the Institute has been under the ever watchful eye of the Iyengar family and particularly guided by Dr Geeta Iyengar. Since that time she has become one of the senior teachers who teaches beginner’s, Intermediate, advanced, as well as assisting in the medical classes. Gulnaaz is one of the teachers full of energy and good humour.
She teaches internationally and we are very lucky to have her in Istanbul once again.
