Asana Lab is an extended yoga class where in 90 minutes you will be exploring a particular type of yoga poses (asanas), warming up to be able to practice, cool down at the end, as well as expect a short talk from the instructor on lineage, mechanics, alignment, and even spiritual impacts of the pose(s).
This month arm balances with Irene will be dedicated to those who are curious and eager to learn and incorporate arm balances into their practice but need a little more know-how as well as strength and mobility before taking flight. Irene will break down various aspects that will build the necessary skills to help you on your way!
