Come join us for a healing journey through grief at 20 Bedford Square. Anoushka Beazley invites you to As the Leaves Fall, a safe space to share, process, and support one another through the ups and downs of loss.

Grief can feel especially raw as the festive season nears. This group offers a gentle, supportive space to process loss, whether recent or long-held.

This in-person event aims to provide comfort, understanding, and tools to navigate the complex emotions of grief. Whether you're experiencing recent loss or still healing from the past, this group offers a nurturing environment to connect with others who understand.

This group is a confidential and emotionally attuned space to explore grief in its many forms. Anoushka’s practice weaves together psychoanalytic Transactional Analysis with the spiritual depth of Jungian and existentialist philosophies. The shorthand: who are we, these beings who grieve? How do we carry our losses and still seek meaning? What parts of us have been left behind and which are quietly waiting to return?

The group is a drop in space which is never more than six people on any Sunday throughout the Autumn and Winter months.
