🇮🇳 Celebrate the 77th Republic Day of Bharat – Together as a Community* 🇮🇳Arya Samaj (Vedic Mission) West Midlands warmly invites you, your family, and friends to come together on Sunday, 1st February 2026 to celebrate the 77th Republic Day of Bharat at our Mandir in Handsworth, Birmingham.
For Indians living in the UK, Republic Day is more than a date on the calendar. It is a reminder of our shared heritage, values, and the sacrifices that shaped a free, democratic Bharat. Celebrating this day together helps us **stay connected to our roots**, pass on our culture and values to our children, and strengthen the sense of unity within our community here in Birmingham.
✨ What to expect:
Vedic Havan to begin the day with prayers and positivity
Flag hoisting and a vibrant cultural programme
Rishi Bhoj (community meal) – sharing food as one family
Events like this are only possible with the support of our community. Your generous donations help:
- Organise cultural and educational programmes for future generations
- Maintain the Mandir as a spiritual and cultural centre for Indians in the West Midlands
- Offer Prasad and Rishi Bhoj so everyone can attend and feel welcome
