ARVO is the creative partnership — and musical marriage — of JennyRebecca and Andrew Ronning. Their sound lives at the crossroads of indie-folk intimacy and classical depth, weaving lush two-part harmonies, cinematic arrangements, and deeply human storytelling.
Their musical journey began after falling in love in the mountains of Northern California and deepened through years of living and working in Berlin. That blend of Americana roots and European edge shapes performances that feel raw, expansive, and quietly brave.
JennyRebecca, a classically trained soprano turned singer-songwriter praised by The New York Times, brings operatic color, looped textures, and emotional candor to her work. Her newest EP, Courage to Be (released December 8, 2025), features collaborations with Jon Button (The Who), Matt Flynn (Maroon 5), and producer Pete Min (Feist, Andrew Bird, Shawn Mendes).
Andrew Ronning is a multi-instrumentalist, arranger, and composer whose warm, lyrical arrangements provide ARVO’s harmonic backbone. His work moves seamlessly from intimate guitar and keys to chamber-like textures, balancing delicacy with emotional power.
Together, ARVO’s live performances flow between quiet solo confessionals, soaring duets, and rich ensemble moments — music that invites you to listen closely and feel deeply.
