ArtWalk on Main Street returns on September 12th from 4pm-8pm. The festival will close Main from 3rd Avenue to Longs Peak to celebrate arts, culture and our community!
ArtWalk on Main is presented by the Firehouse Art Center.
PERFORMANCES:
ArtWalk on Main features six stages to engage the entire community with music and performance. If you are a musician or performance group interested in performing, please email [email protected] to express interest.
ART AND MORE:
Visit with Longmont artists and shop a variety of creative mediums from jewelry to ceramics. Many booths will have interactive activities for those feeling inspired! The Firehouse Art Center is open until 9pm. Be sure to visit downtown galleries during the festival, including the galleries within Old Town Marketplace. The Callahan house will also be hosting artists painting in the historic home. The festival will also showcase Longmont merchants and area non-profits, each with a fun, interactive activity.
FUN FOR ALL AGES:
Looking for more fun? Have your face painted, get a balloon sword, and visit Maker Village for Make and Take demos provided by Tinker Mill and the SVVSD Innovation Lab.
LONGMONT FOOD TRUCKS:
Enjoy food from 10 different food trucks!
COMMUNITY IN FOCUS
Longmont Youth are invited to rent a digital camera from the Longmont Youth Center’s booth to capture photos of ArtWalk.
DEGAS DANCERS
Centennial State Ballet dancers will be posing on 3rd and Main while Longmont artists draw, paint and sculpt. These art creations will be auctioned at an exhibit pop up in 2026 held at the Firehouse, benefitting Centennial State Ballet. The Firehouse is still looking for artists to participate.
