ArtsyAsana will provide a mindful art project, yoga games, and bonding opportunities in this fun family workshop.
With an emphasis on meditation and self-regulation, this hour-long workshop will allow time to practice these priceless skills.
Please bring one mat per participant and wear comfortable clothing.
Extra mats are available at the studio and all art supplies will be included. Each participant will take home an art project to help remind them of the lessons learned during the workshop.
$40 (includes both one adult and one child between the ages of 3 and 8)
$20 per additional adult or child
