LONE STAR SYNCHRO - SUMMER ADULT CLASSES

Artistic swimming (formerly synchronized swimming) builds health, community, and artistic expression. Come give "synchro" a try!

CLASS DATES AND TIMES
Wednesdays: June 3, 10, 17, and 24 Time: 8:00 PM - 8:40 PM Includes land and water work.

Note: The June 24th class requires at least one previous class this month, a private lesson in the last 3 years, or prior synchro experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• Age 18+
• Able to swim 100 yards in all-deep water
• Comfortable being upside down
• Able to exit a deep pool via a basic pool ladder
• One-piece swimsuit and goggles (swim cap optional)
• Forms: Liability, media release, and USAAS forms must be completed before swimming, and can be found at lonestarsynchro.org/new-swimmer

LOCATION
David A. Segal Family Aquatic Center at Jesuit College Prep 12345 Inwood Road, Dallas, TX 75244 This is an indoor, all-deep water pool. Please note: There is NO lifeguard on duty. We must be out of the building by 9:00 PM.

PRICING

Registration includes pool entry, a nose clip, and required USA Artistic Swimming (USAAS) membership fees.

• 1 Class: $30 (Includes 1-day membership)
• 2 Classes: $60 (Includes 30-day membership)
• 3 Classes: $85 (Includes 30-day membership)
• 4 Classes: $100 (Includes 30-day membership)

EventBrite fees may apply. If you are an existing USAAS member, contact us for a $20 discount code. Feel free to contact us for alternative payment methods as well.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

• If you cannot attend, please notify us ASAP. Refunds/credits are at Lone Star Synchro's discretion. No-shows forfeit payment.
• Classes may be cancelled if there are 2 or fewer registrations.
• If we cancel a class, you may move to another date or receive a partial refund to the next lowest pricing tier.

Info: The plan for this class is to focus mainly on underwater and upside down synchro activities. This class accepts no prior synchro experience.

Info: The plan for this class is focus on learning what it takes to string skills together into a synchro routine. This class requires at least one previous synchro class (may include one from 6/3, 6/10, 6/17) or private lesson in last 3 years, or come in with previous synchro experience.
