Two singer-songwriters from broken-up bands come together to form smalltime. Burned out chasing affirmation on the interwebs, Katie Sontag (formerly of Temple Under the Stars) and Timothy Michael Shaw (formerly of My Father’s Ghost) sing and write songs about everything from heartache to cats, personal hygiene to Hamlet. Also playing along will be Jonathan Brex on bass, Benjamin Crandall on Saxophone and Beau Eastlund on drums.Part of the Artistic Encounters series co-produced by Harmonic Laboratory and Cultural Services, City of Eugene.
