Cedar Creek Social Committee has partnered with the Nerman Museum of Contemporary Art, part of the JCCC Campus, to expand and explore bringing art and creativity to the Cedar Creek Community. To help build on the success of our 2024 Arts Festival and keep momentum as we prepare for the 2025 Arts Festival, we have invited a local artist to come to our community and give an art talk. Linda Lighton, a local KC ceramics artist and art activist will join us on Thursday, October 3, 2024, from 6:30-8:30 PM at the Cedar Creek Clubhouse to discuss her passion and creative process, as she prepares for her art show in 2025 at the Nerman Museum.
