Thursday, September 11, 8 pm (doors 7:30 pm)As part of her Senior Production Residency at PAVED, Keeley Haftner will present a talk on her interdisciplinary art practice, which critically examines garbage both as a material and as a conceptual category.
Her interdisciplinary, transformative projects range from a miniature landfill filled with unwanted artworks, to ceramic toilets 3D-printed into vessels containing Haftner’s own breath, serving as both a literal and symbolic form of carbon offset.
