On Saturday, June 27, painter, printmaker, and interdisciplinary artist Deborah Santoro will share how she was inspired to create her artwork “Veneer of Civilization” for “Call and Response: Kindred,” and how this work connects to her broader artistic practice.
This year marks the 14th iteration of FAM’s annual “Call and Response” collaboration with ArtsWorcester. The exhibition features ten works by ArtsWorcester artists, created in response to ten from FAM’s permanent collection. This year’s theme is Kindred, a term reflecting the various ways people feel connected to one another.
