About this Event

A message from the artist:

"I am making new colors of neon at a studio residency at Urbanglass in Brooklyn. Working with pro glassblowers, we will pull new colors of tubing at Urbanglass, phosphor coating them with my own blends of phosphors to back them with colored light.

I am planning a multi pronged public engagement to accommodate a wide variety of attention spans, schedules, and locations, with Urbanglass visitors given the benefit of real, human perception. Submit a design utilizing the new color palette and co-own the finished piece if I choose your design. See the unveiling of a physical design drop box, and web based drop box at this artist talk event."
