Collaborative Screenprint Workshop: Psychedelic Print Shark
Following the talk, you'll have the chance to collaborate on creating a psychedelic print shark! Inspired by Ryan's own reduction relief print, this workshop will allow participants to screenprint Ryan's psychedelic patterns, layering up colours and shapes which we'll then cut and arrange to form the shark's body. With the finished piece nearly 4 meters long, your contribution will become part of a large-scale installation.
Tickets cost $30
This event coincides with the opening of Voices of Dissent an An exhibition of protest prints from the Te Kowhai Print Trust archive. Please feel free to join us for the opening later the day (5PM Saturday 24 May)
