We are excited to have glass artist Stephen Pon visit our gallery for a special weekend to share his method to casting his extremely detailed sculptures.

Born in France, Stephen Pon, was trained at Montreal’s Espace Verre and has devoted himself to the creation of one-of-a-kind sculptures.

With a fondness for equivocation, lyricism, the dream-world, and the movement of water that reminds us of the turbulence of life, Stephen Pon presents us with ship-bound characters bound for destiny. Over the years, his large-scale vessels have become symbolic ambassadors, elaborated, perfected, and reinvented with each of the artist’s creations.

His perseverance, his originality, and his mastery of technique have earned him a place at the most prestigious national and international exhibitions including, among others, showing for many years at SOFA (Sculptures, Objects & Functional Art) New York and Chicago, as well as at the Palmbeach3 ArtExpo in Florida.
