CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Food and Beverage Policy: Outside food and beverages are prohibited.

Personal Belongings: Keep your belongings with you at all times. Fortress is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Bags may be checked upon entry and exit.

Cashless Venue: Fortress does not accept cash payments on the premises.

Media Consent: By entering, you agree to be photographed or recorded for media and promotional purposes by Fortress.

Surveillance Notice: The venue is under electronic surveillance to ensure the safety of patrons and staff.

Minors Policy: Visitors under 18 must register with Fortress staff upon entry and must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times, with a visible wristband.

Photography Consent: Always ask for permission before taking photos of someone, and obtain consent again before touching them in any way. Remember, cosplay does not imply consent.

Alcohol Policy: Fortress is a licensed venue with alcohol available for purchase. BYO (Bring Your Own) alcohol is not permitted.

Safety: Fortress reserves the right to deny entry or expel anyone deemed problematic or dangerous. Patrons engaging in inappropriate behaviour may be expelled without a refund.

Cosplay Weapons: Real weapons are not allowed. Refer to our weapons policy for guidelines on props and replica weapons.

Refunds/Exchanges: Fortress does not offer refunds or exchanges for event tickets.

Advertising: You may at any time advertise your own artwork and where to find it, including social media, store fronts, conventions or other locations, so long as it is not defacing or devaluing Fortress or the Artist Alley event in any way.
