Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Because fresh flowers, plants, and supplies are purchased specifically for each workshop, the following policy applies:

- 48+ hours before the workshop: Full refund.

- 24–48 hours before the workshop: Store credit toward a future workshop. - Less than 24 hours before the workshop: No refunds or store credit. - No-shows: Not eligible for refunds or store credit.

Can’t Attend? If you're unable to make it, you're welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else. Please let us know in advance so we can update our attendee list.

DIY Take-Home Kit (When Available) If you can't attend, contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the project and material availability, we may be able to prepare a DIY Take-Home Kit that includes your workshop materials and access to our instructional video. Availability is not guaranteed and is offered at the discretion of Keefe's Flowers.
