ROUND 1:

IPO Dhamaka (Online Round)

• Teams receive prospectuses of 8 hypothetical companies with details like sector, financials, IPO size, lot size, and bid price.

• Over 3 days, teams must decide where to invest their virtual capital.

• Live updates such as GMP (Grey Market Premium), subscription status, and market sentiment will influence your strategy.

• On Day 4, teams get their IPO allotment results, showing how much money was used and which shares they received.

ROUND 2:

Bull Ring Nostalgia (On-Ground Trading) Stage 1:

Allotment Announcement Teams begin with the shares they received in Round 1.

Stage 2: Broker Trading (First 15 mins)

• Brokers sell shares; participants can only buy from brokers.

• 12 new company cards are introduced.

• Prices move based on the last traded price.

Stage 3: Open Market Trading (Next 45 mins)

• Teams can trade freely with each other.

• Prices fluctuate with demand, supply, and live news flashes.

• Every trade must be verified by exchange officials.
