Artful Healing

This group focuses on centering embodiment, connecting self and others, and play. Whether you want to open up and talk or simply listen, this space is here for you. We will engage with clay as an avenue for working towards embodiment. What you do with the clay is entirely up to you. This clay is yours to mold and shape in a way that feels most authentic to you. This group will be in person for up to 8 adult attnedees.
