You will begin by putting pen to paper to create a quick doodle reflecting how you’re feeling in the present moment. From there, Angelina will lead you through a grounding asana sequence designed to connect breath, body, and awareness.
At the close of your practice, you’ll return to your page for a second doodle, offering a chance to notice shifts in energy, emotion, or perspective.
