Come through for a night of music, poetry, comedy, karaoke, community, and whatever else the room brings.

Art is more than entertainment. It's how people figure out who they are and find the people who get it. Every 4th Monday, Art VS Life holds space for that at Starr Bar. Performing, singing along, supporting a friend, or just pulling up for the vibe — you're welcome here.

Entry is free. RSVP to reserve your spot and get event updates.

Performing?

Sign-ups happen at the venue starting at 7:00 PM. Get there by 8:00 PM if you want on the list.

It's $10 to perform — grab the Performer Signup ticket here, or pay at the sign-up table when you arrive.

All performance types welcome: music, poetry, comedy, spoken word, works in progress, covers, originals, whatever you're bringing.

First come, first served. One slot at a time — re-sign after you go.

Playing a track off your phone? Bring your own adapter.

Karaoke

Never sung in front of people? Perfect. This isn't about being good. It's about the fulfillment of it.

Open Mic Performances

Info: This is the open mic portion where artists come to share their voice. Any form of creative live performance is welcome.

Karaoke

Info: The karaoke portion begins. You are allowed to sign up and perform a song. If you would like to do another song, you can sign up again, but only after you've gotten off the stage already.
