Hurricanes, flood disasters, infernal forest fires, volcanic eruptions, not to mention all the severe earthquakes, the world as we know it is constantly being shaped by these dramatic elements.
Since time immemorial, these elements have been regarded as potential forces for working in nature and also in us humans. In this workshop we will work out how we can use these forces artistically to communicate with ourselves and with one another. Using art therapy methods, we will allow the elements of earth, water, air and fire to appear in their characteristic way and channel their potential into shaping social processes.
In this way, the elements within us can be balanced and at the same time generate forces for social design on the outside.
In this workshop you will learn:
- learn to observe which inner element shows up within us during challenging times when encountering people as well as situations.
- ⁠discover productive ways to create harmonious solutions to deal with these inner upheavals.
- ⁠be motivated and do something new with the help of art practices!
