Open studio in art therapy is a group setting that focuses on artistic creation and healing. This group is for grieving teens (ages 13-19).About this Event
Making art together can support us to move through life’s challenges, helping us to grieve our losses, lessen feelings of isolation and loneliness, and reduce symptoms of stress and anxiety.
Experience the benefits of creative expression in a supportive group environment facilitated by a therapist from the Children's Grief Centre counselling team.
No artistic experience needed. All supplies provided
