Spend a couple of hours of meditation, sound and movement in order to tap into your creative knowing through Kundalini yoga, gong bath and art making. This is not so much as an art class as much as a medium to access our deeper consciousness to allow for judgment free expression, healing and growth. Other forms of self-expression are welcomed such as writing, movement, etc. Adaptations and accommodations will be provided so all abilities, bodies and comfort levels feel welcomed. Some art supplies will be provided (paper, watercolors, drawing materials). There will be time at the end for those who want to share. This is an event for all skill levels.
