Art Supply Drive for Students
About this Event
As schools continue to cut back on art education, many students are left without the basic tools to explore their creativity. We believe every child deserves the opportunity to dream, create, and express themselves through art.
This Art Supply Drive is dedicated to empowering young artists in Houston-area schools.
Drop off new art supplies such as:
- Pencils
- Colored Pencils
- Sketch Books
- Drawing Paper
- Paint Brushes
- Paint (Watercolor, Oils, or Acrylics)
- Crayons
- Markers
- Glue
- Scissors
- Erasers
- Construction Paper
The Gite Gallery is committed to creating a new generation of artists. With your help, we can provide students with the necessary supplies to explore their talents and ignite their creative potential.
Enjoy complimentary champagne throughout the day as our way of saying thank you for supporting the arts and our community.
We will also accept gift cards from Amazon, Walmart, Texas Art Supply, Michaels, Jerry's Artarama, Texas Art Asylum, and Art Supply On Almeda Road.
Art educators are encouraged to visit the gallery from 4 pm - to 6 pm to collect items for your classroom.
