Lykke Books is proud to present the work of emerging painter Pearl Kapolczynski, whose debut exhibit will be on display throughout the month of September. The community is invited to meet the artist and celebrate her work at a special Opening Reception on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at Lykke Books.
Kapolczynski’s paintings reflect the emotions and experiences that shape her daily life. Working primarily in acrylic—with occasional forays into oil, watercolor, pen, and sketch—she transforms feelings into powerful visual form. Her most recent piece, My Boy, was inspired by her relationship with her husband, whom she married in May.
A 2024 high school graduate, Kapolczynski balances her work as a full-time cleaner and caretaker while pursuing her passion for painting part-time. With artwork priced accessibly, she hopes to share her creative journey with others as she and her husband prepare for upcoming travels across the United States.
