Join us on Sunday, April 6, from 3-4:30 PM, at Flow Chart space (348 Warren Street, Hudson, NY) for the Art Omi: Writers Reading featuring new and in-progress works by an international cohort of Writers-in-Residence. Come and hear cultural exchange between the authors and the audience as the writers share stories influenced by their varied cultural backgrounds, often reading works in both their native language and English.

This is an opportunity to hear a diverse collection of provocative, funny, innovative, and surprising literary voices spanning a range of lived experiences, all in one place.

Join us to discover the transformational quality of literature through these talented authors, poets, playwrights, and journalists.

About Art Omi

Art Omi presents the works of contemporary artists and architects, and offers a range of large-scale works in nature across 120 acres of fields and forests, plus rotating exhibitions in the Newmark Gallery. The Sculpture & Architecture Park currently offers more than 60 works by artists and architects on view, with pieces added or exchanged each year. Art Omi also has five distinct residency programs: Art Omi: Architecture, Art Omi: Artists, Art Omi: Dance, Art Omi: Music, and Art Omi: Writers. Through a competitive jury process, residents are chosen, invited to attend at no cost to themselves, except travel. Abundant, catered meals and comfortable, beautiful lodgings are provided in a scenic location in Columbia County, New York.
