Art of Wine - US Regions + Gastropub Bites

Join Tal Cohen of The Vintage on Harrison at the Hollywood Art and Culture Center as he presents a tasting experience from the best wine regions in the world. Cohen has an extraordinary knowledge and love of wine and is committed to sustainability focusing on small farms and producers. He explores not only the region and vintners, but the history, geography, geology and ecology that influences production.

"Often I know the people who are actually growing the grapes. I am buying from families who have lived on the property for hundreds of years. They bottle the same amount every year because they know that that is what the land is capable of producing."
