After a brief introduction to the techniques and mark-making, we will dive into painting with tissue paper and various brushes. You'll have the opportunity to experiment and create multiple paintings. Come and play, find peace and calm, and be surprised by your creativity. ‍ Helen is a professional body therapist with international experience on both sides of the Atlantic. Passionate about words and practices that foster mental health and embrace human imperfection, she has developed a unique technique blending wabi-sabi—a Japanese philosophy—and physical aesthetics.
