Every Saturday morning I host a FREE women's bootcamp in Queen's Park - 08.45-09.45am.
Bootcamp makes it sound a bit hardcore - the intention is to get moving, get heart rates up and have a bit of a laugh.
It is open to all levels of fitness with a range of ages with everyone encouraged to 'you do you'. If that means sitting out a bit to get your breath back, that is totally cool.
