Attacca School of Music proudly presents the Attacca Visiting Artist Concert, an evening of exceptional musicianship featuring internationally acclaimed violinist Kevin A. Lefohn, violinist and Attacca Artistic Director Liubomyr Senyshyn, Boston-based composer and pianist Margaret Boswell Senyshyn, and celebrated pianist Susan McDaniel.
This inspiring program bridges classical tradition and contemporary creativity, showcasing the artistic depth and collaborative spirit at the heart of Attacca’s mission.

Kevin A. Lefohn, Violin
Kevin A. Lefohn maintains an international career as a violinist, conductor, chamber musician, and pedagogue. He has performed and taught across Australia, Europe, Asia, and North America, receiving widespread acclaim for his artistry and expressive tone. Lefohn currently serves on the faculty at Pacific University, and as Artist-in-Residence at the Cremona International Music Academy and Festival (Italy) and the Vancouver Island Music Academy (Canada). His recent highlights include his European conducting debut at the Cremona Festival and numerous masterclasses worldwide.
Liubomyr Senyshyn, Violin
Originally from Ukraine, Liubomyr Senyshyn is a Boston-based violinist and co-founder of the Attacca School of Music. A passionate educator and performer, he has appeared in major concert halls across Europe, including the Berliner Philharmonie, Wiener Musikverein, and Oslo Opera House. His students have received top prizes in international competitions, and he serves on the faculty of the Cremona International Music Academy. Senyshyn performs on a violin crafted by Boston-based French maker Charline Dequincey.
Margaret Boswell Senyshyn, Piano & Composer
Margaret Boswell Senyshyn is a pianist, composer, and pedagogue based in Boston, where she serves as Administrative Director and Piano Department Chair at the Attacca School of Music. Her compositions have been performed internationally by ensembles such as Sybarite 5, the Amernet String Quartet, and the Longy Conservatory Orchestra. Her Trio on a Ukrainian Folk Song and Meditation for Violin and Piano have been featured in performances across the U.S. and Europe, including premieres in Boston and Cremona, Italy.
Susan McDaniel, Piano
A versatile pianist, Susan McDaniel has appeared across the U.S. and Europe as a soloist and collaborator. A graduate of the Manhattan School of Music, she has performed with Seattle Opera, Utah Festival Opera, and numerous chamber ensembles. McDaniel currently teaches collaborative piano at the University of Portland and serves as faculty artist at the Atlantic Music Festival and Music in the Marche in Italy.
