Art of Rachel and Ria at Ypsilanti District Library - Whittaker

Art on a Journey Gallery is thrilled to present the art of Rachel Perazza and Ria Daugherty.

Most of Rachel's works are Abstract with some Still Life. Her passion lies in the emotions and thoughts portrayed in the human face hoping to evoke awareness on a deeper level on the subject, therefore initiating change.

Ria learned how to express her creativity through art by watching Bob Ross, Woodwright's Shop and The Carol Duvall Show. For Ria, art is not only about creating something beautiful and new, it is also about working on her mental and physical health challenges.
